How do I make a new reservation?
You can call our reservations department during normal business hours or use the link provided on your conference’s website 24 hours a day to submit an online request.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Southern California. We are open Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time.
What if I need assistance outside of your normal business hours?
Our staff is available, via telephone, 24 hours a day to assist with any urgent issues that may arise when our office is closed. During the event, we also have on-site representatives available in the registration area of the event.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, all reservations require a valid credit card in order to be confirmed.
Will you charge a deposit when I make a reservation?
PCS does not charge reservation deposits. Your credit card will be sent to the hotel approximately four weeks prior to arrival. At that time, depending on the hotel, your card will(could) be charged a deposit. Detailed deposit information is included on your PCS confirmation.

Can I book more than 1 reservation at a time?
Once you submit your initial request, you will be asked if you want to make another reservation. All of the contact information will be pre-populated; you just need to provide the guest information. If you are requesting 5 or more rooms, you can submit a request for a block of rooms with names to be provided at a later date.
Will I get a confirmation when I make a reservation?
After you submit your reservation, you will receive an on-line reservation number which guarantees that you have a reservation and then an email confirmation will be sent to you.
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
You can make changes or cancellations online using your conference confirmation number. You can also call or email our reservations department to make changes or cancellations.
Are there any fees associated with booking or changing a reservation?
No, PCS does not charge you to make or change a reservation. The only fee associated with booking is if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of your confirmed arrival date. This information is provided on the confirmation that is emailed to you.
When do you send my information to the hotel?
Your reservation information will be transferred to the hotel approximately four weeks prior to arrival. Our office will continue to manage your reservation up until the week prior to your arrival. Please do not contact the hotel directly until then.

What happens if I miss my flight on my way to a conference?
Flights are delayed or missed and often result in the guest arriving a day later than expected. As soon as you know you are not going check into the hotel on your confirmed date, please call the hotel to update your arrival. If you can’t reach the hotel, you can call or email PCS and we will assist in any way needed.
Can I add my Hotel Loyalty number to my reservation?
Yes, we can add your Hotel Loyalty number to your reservation request, but it is recommended that you reconfirm with the hotel at check-in.
How do I know what company is the official housing company for a conference?
The only way to be sure you are working with the official housing company for a conference is to go to the actual website for the conference you are attending and find the posted link to make hotel reservations.
